The programme starts with weekly sessions to support you as you begin the total diet replacement (TDR) phase. Sessions then move to fortnightly, and finally monthly for the remaining 8 months of the programme.

If you’re unable to attend a session, please contact your health coach via the app as soon as possible. We recommend scheduling all your appointments in your diary and prioritising attendance, as there are limited opportunities to reschedule.

Please note that missing two sessions in a row may result in discharge from the programme, as we are unable to safely monitor your progress without regular contact.
