You can book or reschedule your first health coach video call via your Liva app or the confirmation email you received when making your original booking.
Booking via the app:
- On the “Today” screen tab, work through your tasks to unlock the next section. For example, “Order my welcome pack” or “Set your weight goal.”
- Once you’ve completed all relevant tasks, you will unlock the “Setting up my first video call” task.
- Clicking this will take you to our booking portal and allow you to select your appointment.
Rescheduling via the confirmation email:
- At the bottom of the email, you’ll see an option stating “Need to make changes to this event.”
- Click the reschedule link, and you will be able to amend your booking to a different date.
- This is also a good way to monitor the system for cancellations and new available slots.
If the date I want isn’t available:
- Our booking portal displays dates 30–40 days in advance to encourage booking closer to your onboarding pre-programme call.
- If your preferred date is outside this window, it will appear in the portal in due course—you may just need to wait.
- Availability can also change regularly due to cancellations and health coach schedules, so it’s worth checking back.
