How much fibre am I given on the programme?
You’re provided with enough fibre to cover Phase 1 (84 days) of the programme.
If you’re finding that you’re running low earlier than expected, we’re always happy to help — we may just need to understand a little more about how you’ve been using it so we can make sure you have the right support.
I’m running out of fibre – what should I do?
If you’re nearly out, please let us know:
- How much fibre you’ve been taking (for example, how many teaspoons per day)
- How often you’ve been taking it
- Whether you’ve been using it to help manage side effects such as constipation or diarrhoea
This helps us understand whether you may need an additional supply.
How much fibre can I safely take?
If you’re using fibre to manage side effects such as constipation or diarrhoea, you can safely take up to 3 level teaspoons per day.
If you’re taking this amount, it’s completely understandable that you may run out sooner, and we’d be happy to arrange more for you.
Do I need to take fibre every day?
No — fibre isn’t required routinely for everyone.
Some people find they need a daily dose to stay comfortable, while others manage perfectly well without it.
If you’re not experiencing any side effects, it’s absolutely fine to pause the fibre and see how you feel. If anything changes, you can let your coach know or contact support and we’ll help you decide what’s best.
What fibre will I receive if I need more?
Any additional fibre we send will be psyllium husk rather than the original Nupo Premium Fibre.
If you would prefer to continue using Nupo Premium Fibre, you’re very welcome to purchase this directly here.
When you contact us, just let us know which option you’d prefer and we’ll arrange the most suitable solution for you.
What happens after I contact support?
Once we’ve agreed the best option:
- If you’d like us to send psyllium husk, we’ll arrange this as soon as possible.
- If you’d prefer to purchase Nupo Premium Fibre yourself, that’s absolutely fine too.
If at any point you feel unsure, uncomfortable, or start experiencing side effects, please reach out to your coach or the support team — we’re here to help you feel comfortable and confident throughout the programme.
