Making your products work for you

Mix up the flavours. The products and flavours shown here are just examples – you can swap any of them for another Nupo product you prefer.

Add herbs and spices. If you'd like more flavour, calorie-free seasonings are a great way to make your products more enjoyable. Try cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger or a few drops of vanilla essence in shakes and oatmeal, or black pepper, chilli flakes, dried herbs and fresh herbs like coriander or basil in soups and meals.

Too sweet or too thick? Simply add extra water to dilute your shake to a taste and consistency you enjoy – this won't affect the nutrition it provides. Shakes can also be made with ice-cold water or blended with ice, which many people find makes them taste less sweet.
